At the age of 15, Zahra Rahimi won the silver medal in the final of the Paris Paralympic Para Taekwondo competition. With this result, Iran’s first medal in the Paris Paralympic Games was won by a 15-year-old female athlete of our country, so that Iran enters the medal table of the Paris Paralympic Games 2024.

Parastoo Habibi is also the second Iranian medal winner in para-athletics. Prastoo Habibi won a silver medal in this competition and placed second.

By throwing 26 meters and 29 cm, Habibi broke the Asian record that she held, and won the bronze medal, which turned into silver.
