Beyond Ms. Maleki Fallah’s stellar achievement, other Iranian boccia athletes also shone: in BC2 competition, Mohsen Raoufian secured another gold by beating his Uzbek opponent 3–2. Meanwhile, in BC1 class, Farzaneh Delarami performed well during the group stage beating a local competitor, but due to point differences ended up with the silver medal.
