Can unlimited relationships reduce ethical corruptions within societies?©

by Narges Mohammadi

Regarding recent occurrences and gatherings in Iran, certain experts have always claimed “If the Islamic Republic leaves the relationship between men and women free and limitless, people will be satisfied and nothing bad will happen”. Is this true though?

Let’s check out other countries that have no boundaries when it comes to relationships between men and women; like the “United States of America”. According to the report we have seen from the United Nations Department of Crime and Narcotics, the rate of rape in the United States, Scandinavian and Western European countries is higher than in other parts of the world.

On the report of the statistics published by the U.S. National Sexual Violence Centre (NSVRC), approximately 1 in 5 women in America has experienced being raped. Also, according to these statistics, one out of every 4 girls and one out of every 6 boys are a victim of sexual abuse before the age of 18.

  • 29.9% of sexual assaults occur between the ages of 11 and 17 years.
  • 80% of the rapes were committed by those whom the victims knew from before.
  • One out of every five female students have been sexually assaulted during their studies.

Unlimited relationships have never led to the reduction or control of the sexual instinct in any society, and the current situation we witness in Western countries is an indicative of this.

The process of unlimited sexual relations in the West made them go from legal sexual relations in the family to homosexuality, rape and relations with family members, animals, etc.

Ahmadi, the leader of Pjak (Iranian branch of P.K.K.), who promoted the Iranian slogan #woman_life_freedom, raped his daughter and caused her suicide. You can read the horrific examples of the sexual relations of the leaders of this group with their female counterparts in a book named “The Kurds and the Future of Turkey” by the American writer, Michael Gunter.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization, which was the leader of the demand for women’s freedom these days, has a black record of sexual abuse of female members of this sect by Masoud Rajavi and its other leaders.

Examining the number of abortions, which is a result from unrestrained relationships, and because of the increase of rape, is an indicative of this story; that despite the prohibition of abortion in the United States until 1973, this number came up to 600,000 abortions last year.

After the legalization of abortion in 1973 and despite the spread of birth control pills and many more effective and advanced methods of contraception in 1960s, access to which became very cheap and easy even for young girls without parental permission. the number of abortions was expected to remain at the same level as in 1973. But this figure reached nearly 1.6 million abortions in 10 years in 1985.
