A National Uprising Against Aggression: From Tehran to the Smallest Towns
Yesterday marked a powerful shift: the chants of “Death to Israel” and protests against the U.S. and Israel were no longer limited to International Quds Day. Across Iran, from major cities to small towns, people defied instability and threats of war to take to the streets and raise their voices against Israeli aggression.

Israel, having violated Iran’s sovereignty, seems to believe the Iranian people would sell out their homeland and stand by its side. But the “Anger and Victory” rallies told a different story. Massive demonstrations were held in cities including Urmia, Yasuj, Bandar Abbas, Shiraz, Karaj, Ardabil, Islamshahr, Gorgan, Arak, Babolsar, Isfahan, Hamedan, Ilam, Qazvin, Kermanshah, Zahedan, Kashan, Birjand, Bushehr, Rasht, Khorramabad, Torbat Heydariyeh, Golestan, Tabriz, Varamin, Quchan, Genaveh, Mahallat, Borujerd, Neka, Maragheh, Amol, Poldokhtar, Ahvaz, Kashmar, Dezful, Mashhad, Astaneh Ashrafieh, Ahar, Zanjan, and more.

South Braves the Heat, Voices of Defiance Rise
Despite scorching 50°C temperatures in the south, the crowds gathered. In Khuzestan, Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Nabi Mousavi-Fard, the Supreme Leader’s representative, declared: “Those who side with the enemy and smuggle in weapons must face field trials and be publicly executed.”

Qom’s Rally: Mourning and Resistance Combined
The “Anger and Victory” rally in Qom had a unique tone. Along with chants of resistance, the people gathered to bid farewell to five martyrs of Israel’s recent attack on Iranian soil. In Shirvan (Bojnourd), the rally was also a funeral procession for martyr Seyed Abolfazl Madani.

Tehran’s Response: A City Alive with Defiance
In Tehran, a city Western media insisted had been abandoned, a massive wave of demonstrators poured into the streets to show the capital was anything but silent. In a show of unity and defiance, people voiced their anger at their enemies and declared their readiness for ultimate victory.
This week’s Friday prayers were held at the University of Tehran. Not only the campus but the surrounding streets were filled with worshippers and patriotic citizens. The overwhelming presence sent a clear message: disagreements and grievances are internal matters, and foreign powers have no place in them.

Leaders Speak Out: No Retreat, No Compromise
Several officials joined the rallies, asserting that they would never back down or allow foreign agendas to take root in Iran.
Hossein Abdollahi, interim Friday prayer leader of Dezful, stated: “Wars usually bring chaos to conflict zones, but here in Iran, this war has created unity. Contrary to enemy expectations, this conflict hasn’t divided us—it has made the people of Iran one united fist against Israel.”

Children in the Crowd: A New Generation of Resistance
One of the most striking images from across the country was the strong presence of families, especially children. Many joined in burning American and Israeli flags, holding placards that highlighted one core theme: unity.
