Iran’s top authorities’ words regarding #MahsaAmini’s tragic death:©

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei_ Iran’s Leader: “The incident where a young women (Mahsa Amini) died was a bitter incident. It was also heart-wrenching to us. But reaction without investigation, undermining security, causing unrest & riot against people, setting fire on Quran, mosques, banks was not normal but planned.”

Mr. Ibrahim Raisi _ Iran’s President: In a phone call with Mahsa Amini’s family he said: “ Your daughter is like my own daughter and I feel that this incident happened to one of my own loved ones. Consider me a partner in your hardness and a sympathizer of your sorrow. I give you my word that I will punish anyone who has caused the least bit negligence in this matter.”

Mr. Mohammad Bagher Qhalibaf _ Iran’s Parliament Speaker: “Structures & method of morality police should be modified in a way that such incidents (Mahsa Amini) do not happen again. I’ll follow up on this within my jurisdiction & I hope prudent & effective decisions to be made in coordination w related officials.”

Mr. Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje’i _ Chief Justice of Iran: “In recent days, this 22-year-old girl passed away, although the matter of her death is under investigation, and sympathy was extended to the family of this deceased. The follow-up of this case continues. The duty of the judiciary and some other officials is to seriously follow up on what happened and why this lady died. I assure the family of Mrs. Amini that the case will be followed up quickly and carefully and the result of the investigation will be announced based on the right and standards, also we will not have any considerations on anyone who had a part regarding this case”.
