Nazem Bokaee also discussed the potential for strengthening academic cooperation between the two great civilizations of Iran and China, particularly focusing on the scientific and research capacities of women. She emphasized that this collaboration could be a model for further international partnerships.

Nazem Bokaee noted that Iran has made impressive strides in the education and empowerment of women. She pointed out significant increases in literacy rates among women, the growing number of female students and faculty members, and the high number of female inventions in comparison to the global average. Li Ying, Vice President of China Women’s University, expressed her delight in visiting Al-Zahra University and praised the university’s rich academic and research capabilities. Proposals for Future Collaboration
Khadijeh Joda, Advisor to the Vice President for Science and Technology, outlined several collaboration proposals, including:
- 1. Establishing Innovation and Technology Centers for Women in both Iran and China, focusing on clean technologies, digital energy, and digital health.
- 2. Creating a Joint Knowledge Exchange and Scientific Collaboration Program for women in technology, including joint research projects, mutual visits, and specialized training.
- 3. Establishing a Joint Development and Empowerment Fund to support collaborative projects, such as startups and innovative ventures, as well as offering consulting opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
Joda concluded by envisioning a future where women are recognized as leaders in technology.
Chinese Delegation Visits Al-Zahra University’s Research Centers
During the event, the Chinese women’s delegation visited the central library and research centers of Al-Zahra University to explore areas of potential collaboration.
