In a testament to their unwavering courage and compassion, women across the nation have risen to the forefront of the struggle to support Lebanon and Hezbollah. Through the Women’s Aid to the Resistance Front, these determined individuals have made significant contributions, demonstrating their indispensable role in the fight for justice and freedom. From providing medical supplies and humanitarian aid to offering moral and spiritual support, women have proven themselves to be invaluable assets to the cause.
order of jihad
The order was clear but profound: “It is incumbent upon all Muslims to stand by the people of Lebanon and the victorious Hezbollah with their capabilities.”
After the Leader’s speech, few people could avoid thinking about what their capabilities were and what they could do. Certainly, the Leader’s intention was not merely to be physically present on the battlefields. His message was directed at all of us: men, women, and teenagers!
This is why, after the Leader declared a jihad, we have been thinking about how we, as a mother, as a shopkeeper or a worker, and as a psychologist or student, can help the people of Lebanon. Our report today is a narrative of the small and large actions that people have taken to help Hezbollah.
Gold That Found Its Way to Good
I don’t know if you remember what the Iranian mothers did during the Gaza war. They performed a great deed, donating their gold, large and small, to the resistance front. The gold was sold, and the proceeds were collected to help Gaza.
This time too, at the Leader’s command, a large number of women in our country have started with their first assets and capabilities. Women’s gold has both material and spiritual value; for example, it might be a souvenir from a loved one or their wedding ring. However, none of these diminish the women’s generosity or prevent them from donating their gold to the resistance.
In this movement, women entrust the proceeds or the gold itself to the Leader’s office for the benefit of the resistance. Among the donated gold, there are sets worth more than 100 million tomans and small and large earrings that women have taken out of their ears to spend them in a better place.
Sending the Strongest Weapon to Lebanon
The Prophet Muhammad says: “Prayer is the weapon of the believer.” In another place, he has attributed the increase of calamities to the decrease of prayer, saying: “If prayer decreases, calamity descends.”
There is no doubt that the resistance front, in addition to financial aid, needs a weapon made of prayer to destroy the “Israel” calamity that has befallen it. Therefore, we should not forget the most effective and simplest means we have. A number of our compatriots have participated in the “Nasr, Nasr, Until Victory” campaign, using the Quran to help the Muslims of Gaza and Lebanon.
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) says about the virtue of Surah Nasr that whoever recites Surah Nasr in his optional or obligatory prayers, God will help him.
In this campaign, our help is to recite Surah Nasr with the intention of the victory of Muslims and the defeat of Israel, which is a help and support to the resistance forces.
A Woman Who House-to-House Promotes Hezbollah
Her name is Fatima, and she teaches mathematics at one of the high schools in Karaj. For a few days now, she has been traveling the route from home to school and school to home with a new companion: a yellow Hezbollah flag in the corner of her backpack.
It might be the simplest thing she can do for Hezbollah, but to carry out the Leader’s command, she has started from the very beginning and does not want to delay under the pretext of doing great things.
Since the Hezbollah flag has become a guest in her backpack, she has talked to many people. Among the students, among the teachers, and even on the street, that yellow flag is an opportunity to talk about Hezbollah’s resistance against Israel, and wherever she goes, the resistance of the Lebanese people against Israel becomes the topic of her conversation.
Houses That Are Strongholds
Israel thought that had killed Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah to end Hezbollah’s activities, but Hezbollah is alive, and even if Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah is not in this world, his blood has taken root in the world, and now thousands of Seyyed Hassans in Lebanon and beyond its borders will stand up against the invading enemy.
Another way to help the people of Lebanon is to show that every house of ours is a resistance stronghold and that all of us, from small to large, are members of Hezbollah. Another campaign to help the people of Lebanon is to install the Lebanese and Hezbollah flag on the doors of shops, cars, and houses, which has recently started.
This campaign is also participated by the people of Iraq, who have installed the Lebanese and Hezbollah flag on the rooftops of buildings, shops, houses, and on the streets and alleys.
This Is Iran, and We Are Hezbollah’s Army
In addition to the financial aid that is sent from Iran to Lebanon through the most reliable channel, the Leader’s office, to meet their food and health needs, various measures have been taken and are being taken in these few days. Everyone brings whatever they can to the field so that the Leader’s command is not left on the ground, just like a small picture from the days of the Holy Defense War.
Also, a long list of people who have volunteered to fight Israel in different cities has been compiled. Some women have increased the portion of their food and every day, along with their own food, they offer a few servings as a vow for the health of the fighters.
Mosques and neighborhoods have held prayer stations to carry out cultural activities. Home mourning ceremonies have revived, and people are mourning Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah. However, it is a victorious mourning, in which, following the example of their master, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), they express their aversion to tyranny and pray to be on the path of truth.
Memorial tables have been set up in schools, mosques, and offices, and various artists are spending their art for resistance, such as designers who have only painted the face of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah in these few days.
What has been said are just a few examples of responding to the Leader’s command to show that this is Iran and we support Hezbollah. This is Iran and we are the children of Imam Khomeini, a man who believed that we would not leave the voice of the oppressed of the world unanswered.
