From Bushehr to the World Stage
She wrote on her Instagram account: “I am a daughter of Iran, hailing from the province of Bushehr. It was my honor and privilege to rise through the ranks at the largest international invention competition, TEKNOFEST Aerospace in Istanbul. Out of more than 5,000 projects from 62 countries, I was awarded the silver medal, the Lopez special prize, the technology award, as well as two additional gold medals.
This success means more than medals. It is a testament to the perseverance, talent, and scientific spirit nurtured within Iran. I offer this achievement wholeheartedly to the people of Iran, to our nation’s elite minds, to the martyrs, and to all scholars who elevate our country.
I firmly believe that:
Iran does not yield to threats. It is not silenced by assassination. Instead, it rises stronger.
To the young people of our nation: your intellect, ambition, and dedication are the foundation of progress.
I also extend sincere gratitude to the Hengam Petrochemical Company and its esteemed CEO, who stood by me as sponsor and supporter on this valuable path. Long live Iran and Iranians.“

Innovation: A Sustainable Fertilizer for the Future
Asiye Siyamer, a chemical technology engineer from Bushehr, presented her invention of an anti-fungal cow-manure biomass nanogranule fertilizer at the festival. According to her, this product reduces water consumption by up to 50%, has high permeability, and serves as a sustainable alternative to chemical fertilizers.
She also highlighted the global water shortage crisis, noting that this fertilizer, by cutting water use in half, can benefit farmers everywhere. In addition, it has strong anti-fungal properties and can effectively replace traditional chemical fertilizers.
Recognition and Support from Bushehr Officials
Tayebeh Pourbehi, Director-General of the Women’s Office in Bushehr Province, publicly congratulated Ms. Asiye Siyamer on behalf of the region. She expressed deep pride that a daughter of Bushehr has climbed the ladder of success and raised the proud flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international TEKNOFEST Aerospace contests in Turkey.
Ms. Pourbehi noted that Asiye’s achievements—silver medal, Lopez special award, technology prize, and two international gold medals—have brought great honor to both the province and the country. She voiced her hopes for even greater successes for this young inventor and emphasized that the nation’s talented youth, through their scientific accumulation and creativity, play a key role in advancing the country.

In her reflections, Asiye underscores that Iran’s destiny is not determined by threats or acts of violence, but by the resolve and creativity of its people. Her words carry conviction:
“Iran does not stop at threat or terror; it rises stronger.”
Her journey from Bushehr to the global stage is a powerful message to aspiring innovators everywhere: dedication, courage, and the support of a community can transform a dream into reality.
